Yes it was; just not to general consumers.

I have 2 here; this was not a gaming device or something for the grand public, but it was out of businesses, and they had several customers (including NASA).

While the tech is not at the same level as standard AR (the holograms are just from another league and the way they stick around and to wall); it was too expensive. the 2 I got (and I also have the first version dev kit too somewhere, it stopped getting updates at some point and became simply unusable) totalled me something like 12k (and another 5k for the first dev kit) and frankly I got them just cause I had some money in the business account and did not know what to do with it; cause I did not have any usage for it other than having fun...

It sucks really that this tech is too expensive and going with standard AR headset is not really making a difference for the user at the end. While the holograms are better and feels better they have a lot of limitations for the cost of the headset (small viewport, cannot project a "black" holograms, etc...). So until the price thing is solved, the AR headset will simply be better for the consumers.

I was more surprised to find out HoloLens was still around to this day. Haven't heard anything about it in years. And once MS "deprecated" UWP with Win11 release a few years ago, it was obvious that the writing was on the wall for this device. Personally, I don't think these AR devices have a shot at becoming mainstream anytime soon. Too expensive and very unclear use case for mass market

Delta Halo is my favorite Halo mission yet. I loved messing with the Ghost in that mission as I'm continuing my Halo playthroughs (first time).
CE was great, Halo 2 seems even better.

All you need now is to get some friends together, hook up a few Xbox’s on your home modem, and then have a LAN party all night to have had the full Halo experience

Damn, I’m jealous of you getting to experience this epic saga for the first time! Looking forward to seeing you get to finish the fight 😎

Does finishing the fight refer to the original trilogy or all the main games?

I do want to play all the main games and even the spin-offs like ODST, Halo Wars duology, and Spartan Assault.

The original trilogy. The line was part of Halo 3’s marketing.

ODST, Reach, and the Halo Wars duology were equally fantastic.

I actually haven’t played either Spartan Assault or Spartan Strike. Let me know what you think of them when you’re able to get around to them.

I got Visions of Mana and decided to get it on Xbox Series X. Playing a Mana game on Xbox is surreal. Loving the game so far.
