Xbox is having their Winter sale now.

A lot of the FF games are on sale....I pretty much bought them all just now.

Had to do a second playthrough to get that Starfish cheevo, stupid kid. Guess I'll try to get the chests, unless if they are glitched...

You finished a second playthrough already??? You'll have to tell me the steps you did to get that Starfish cheevo lol. The chests aren't glitched.

Once I got the cheevo I went back to my main playthrough and am collecting chests. As soon as I could buy anything I bought the item and gave it to him. this was like after the first bounty. And after every bounty I made sure to speak to him. Keep doing it until you see posters on the wall, exhaust all dialogue from the dad as well. Once you see posters around the city about the kid you are almost there. Do another bounty and keep watch for the commercial.

I ended up getting it right after the big confession from Kenny. So I still have two bounties left on that save file.

I have a little bit more disposable income compared to the past and I see purchasing games as a long term investment/plan.

I mean the games arent that expensive and as for the Final Fantasy series, its a series I dont mind buying multiple times because its technically my most favorite IP, I can never get bored or tired of playing the games in the series.

I'm playing FFVI on Steam right now and its like the 10th or 11th time playing it across SNES, PS1, and GBA versions - this is my first time playing it on PC (and this isnt even the Pixel remaster but the original PC/Mobile remake back in 2015, even though I do already have the Pixel remaster since last year).

Anyways, I bought

Final Fantasy VII - $8
Final Fantasy VIII Remaster - $10
Final Fantasy IX - $10.50
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD - $25
Final Fantasy XII Zodiac Age - $25
Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition - $17.50
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition - $12
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD - $8
World of Final Fantasy Maxima - $16

These prices are a steal.

I already had bought Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2 and XIII Lightning Returns earlier in the year - love BC on Xbox.

So the only FF game I am missing is the Stranger in Paradise but I'm gonna wait when its cheaper before buying it - same with Crisis Core, I'll likely get it when its sub $20.

Also I noticed FFIX on Xbox is also Xbox Play Anywhere on both Xbox consoles and Windows Store - Best 3D FF game gets double duty :p

I got most of them already earlier in the month lol

Got them part of the 30th anniversary bundle for $30: https://www.dekudeals.com/items/mega-man-30th-anniversary-bundle

I'll get Zero collection later when its cheaper since its $15 on its own.

Hopefully the Battle Network collection comes in the future on Xbox.

Managed to get all the High On Life cheevos minus the unattainable one. Hopefully not much backtracking so I can finish. Will definitely play the DLC when that hits.

Game number 69 High on Life beaten!

Game number 70... TEKKEN 7!!

Think this is the most games I've played in a year.
