I did expect all ABK titles to be fully multiplatform on day one but it wouldn't be too shocking if they use timed exclusivity on some, like they're doing with XGS/BGS but only for the smaller titles in ABK's case, ain't no fucking chance anything Diablo/Overwatch gets timed exclusivity.

Yeah, dub overall is pretty great in Japanese games. I have yet to play one where I thought the voice acting was bad. That might be more of an Anime trope of dub being bad than it is for video games.
