These are the titles I believe are going to be the largest system sellers boosting the console sales closer to where many anticipated this generation's sales to be.

Perfect Dark
Indiana Jones
State of Decay 3
The Gears Collection
Gears 6
Avowed
Fable
Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remake (will be huge)

Elder Scrolls VI need to be a launch title for the next generation console.

Starfield will be huge...... and since its release Xbox has the worst sales since early xbox one?

Based on what is said before an Oblivion Remake would probably be multiplatform and I think a Remake is probably going to get butchered by Bethesda
We will probably get better graphics, some extra stuff and the promise that the creation club addition will be great but honestly will get fans mad.

Alot depends on whether Oblivion is a remake or just a remaster, the original leaker said it was being designed as a remaster but that they were considering delaying the game and making it more of a remake. If it's just a remaster, minor graphics update (ala Mass Effect Legendary Edition), in-game mod store added, etc., I don't see it being even as successful as the original Oblivion release (which we have no official sales number for, most recent number we have is an analyst making an educated guess of 10.5m in 2015, 9 years after release). If however they take their time, remake it with updated gameplay, systems, animations, etc. in addition to a larger and more noticeable graphics update, I'd say that it could potentially be a system seller. There are approximately 50m Skyrim owners (and who knows how many more Skyrim players thanks to Gamepass and PS+) who have never played the earlier Elder Scrolls games like Morrowind and Oblivion, if enough of those Skyrim owners who never played the earlier games become curious to play Oblivion Remake it could definitely be a system seller for Xbox Series.

If what I'm being told is accurate, the fifth game will surprise in the sense of it being at the Dev_Direct.

Third Party?

Wouldn't expect any 3rd party at the Direct since last years was focused on 1st party, so it would be a surprise for a 3rd party title to be at the Dev_Direct.

Scalebound, published by Square Enix and developed by Platinum Games.

Except this time its multiplat and will actually come out.

(And somehow have a tie in with Drakengard and Nier)
