I much preferred Odyssey over Valhalla myself. And to me, it was just too much trying to 100% it; the biggest bloated game I've played. Still has me put off from ubisoft games. 

Finished The Quarry.

Definitely better than the Dark Pictures series. However unlike those games, I encountered a few continuity issues and plot holes here and there. I'm surprised they haven't fixed those yet. For example Laura's haircut in chapter 10.

I went for the "Everyone lives" playthrough and I gotta say, Laura is an awful person and the biggest villain in that game IMO. There are other options to choose from obviously but I guess if you let her die early, she won't seem to be as bad of a person.

Btw. the game's title only makes sense if you know that "quarry" is also a hunting term. Otherwise you could have just called the game "The Woods" or "The Summer Camp" and you'd have a better fitting title.

The game's quite good until you get to England. Then it gets worse quickly.

Overall it isn't awful but definitely a lot worse than Origins and Odyssey.

If I had to rate them I'd probably go for Origins 9.2, Odyssey 9.1 and Valhalla 7.8.

Should be a $10 upgrade.

Hopefully one day Xbox will learn the right way of doing game upgrades  

Like I said on a different thread, I will reserve my judgment until next month. I suspect that Microsoft reduced their production on purpose to appear a lot weaker to regulators. I think by around this time next month we will know for sure if I'm wrong on that theory.
