Ah, so he didn't break NDA it seems, he was commenting on what was shown at Gamescom I guess. He implies here that nobody in the ReedPop network got early review code due to already being on Bethesda's blacklist. Gaming publications and video game youtube channels in the ReedPop network include: Eurogamer, GameIndustry.biz, VG247, Rock Paper Shotgun, Nintendo Life, Outside Xbox, Pure Xbox, Push Square, and Digital Foundry. Dring implies here that none of those sites got early code and therefore are under NDA. That is a bit of a shame, no early code for Digital Foundry means we'll be waiting awhile for their tech analysis of Starfield. That many publications being blacklisted and not getting early review code could potentially result in lower reviews from them when those reviews do come in eventually, dragging down Starfield's score.
