Can't say anything for certain though, especially about CMA's decision, I'm about 80% that the PI is denied though.

I think for 100% that the Console argument is dead, I'm not as certain with Cloud.

The Judge on the other hand talked A LOT about the benefits to consumers, in multiple aspects, so may that could outweigh any potential harm to a hypothetical future cloud market.

I talked about it here. Xbox One is under tracked, but need to figure out where I can adjust it up based on available data. As far as Xbox Series we are within the data posted as we have it just topping 22M at the end of May and this data is likely quarterly so through March. 

if those 21 million shipped by March. so it means that sales are just a little higher. good job William a decrease of 300 or 400 thousand units then it will be very accurate.
