This could be the kicker though, the FTC did an awful job at arguing but the judge came to her own determination that consoles could go away in the future and cloud grow into something big, she may actually consider it as a potential future market, Idk.
Feels weak still but like I said, I can't be 100%
If it were to be blocked on Cloud then I would say xCloud was Xbox's biggest mistake ever, Lmao.
The Judge on the other hand talked A LOT about the benefits to consumers, in multiple aspects, so may that could outweigh any potential harm to a hypothetical future cloud market.
