After that, I really don't see how FTC will win, the judge brutalised them and barely argued with Microsoft, Lol. Microsoft's lawyer was brilliant, the Judge was on the ball and very smart, I'd be shocked if FTC is given their PI. The judge is a nice lady and praised FTC's effort at the end, Lol.

Can't say anything for certain though, especially about CMA's decision, I'm about 80% that the PI is denied though.

I think for 100% that the Console argument is dead, I'm not as certain with Cloud.
