Microsoft lawyer: Tjhe 20% is important because if you use different numbers, you get different results.

Lee can't deny that his model will produce different outputs for different inputs.

We are apparently at a point now where the 20% conversion rate in a foreclosure scenario that Lee relies upon doesn't have much of a cushion. Go down fro 20% to 15% and foreclosure becomes unprofitable. The 20%, however, was not derived from a specific model.
