Pretty obvious, Microsoft has arrived after that show, all the Xbox teams are in a good place, and should continue to be going forward with a good cadence of games. Also pretty clear, they don't need Activision/Blizzard. They would certainly help, more is always better, but Xbox is in a really good place right now. I cant stop thinking about Clockwork Revolution, damn that was my game of show.

That's what everyone said in 2020. It'd be nice if we could stop jumping from epic highs to epic lows if things don't work out the way everyone dreamed up. At the very least, Starfield seems to be shaping up much better in comparison to Halo Infinite and the reception from that infamous gameplay slice, but it'd still be good to stay measured until the games actually begin delivering.

So instead of having traditional choice and consequences, you're able to go back in time, make your choices, then travel back to the present and see just how differently everything played out depending on the choices you've made.

Bruh......I'm changing my top 5 games lol

Well this suddenly has my attention. They really should've explained that better in the showcase because it just seemed like a normal plot related timeskip to me.

Also watched the gameplay overview for Star Wars Outlaws and actually looks much more promising than my initial reaction. Will have to keep an eye on that.

Assassin's Creed Mirage looks like it could be a return to form, but I'm concerned how over-simplified some of the gameplay seems; the amount of one button auto-kills and overpowered multi-kill mechanics begins to feel like the game is just playing itself. But I do like some of the creativity with environment interactions and escape mechanics. Somewhat on the fence for now.

Really feels like FTC got baited, Lol.

So from all the announcements from the Xbox Showcase....the way I see it....

Planning to get all first party on both for Xbox and PC.

The third party games from SEGA for both as well.

As for the indies and third party titles from western developers - likely on PC only.

FTC is still using the console theory of harm that every other regulator in the world dropped, Lol.

Largely repeat the same arguments as they originally submitted.

But with the added success of Diablo IV and Overwatch 2.

Watching the Ubisoft conference just makes me kind of glad E3 is dead :/ it felt out of touch to me. Microsoft (and PlayStation and Nintendo) have the right idea to kind of show as many games as possible and then have their games featured on an extended showcase.

I just read the highlights and yeesh, I'm just glad I dont bother watching these shows and just wait for the highlights nowadays lol.

Also Ubisoft completely forgot about the Prince of Persia remake just like how SE forgot about DQIII HD2D and Capcom about Deep Down lol.
