1. Keyboard-Mouse : Hands hown the quickest and most responsive controls... but can make my left hand hurt like hell :P

2. Wiimote - Nunchuck: Excellent controls and great presition, the problem is balance Aiming-stability

3. Dual Analog: Can sometimes be a pain (Depends on the game) but is actually pretty good

Keyboard and mouse, there's a reason why FPS multi online is not cross platform in addition to the programming difficulties it would pose.
