Of course, whether or not the game will really end like that is another conversation entirely, but people have some reasons to find this teaser amazing

About hyping, well people like to hype games they know absolutely nothing about except the name (and sometimes don't even know the name), so comes to no surprise they're hyping this. Some guys are just prone to excitement and higher expectations, let them be. 

Clicked on it to see a "stupidly fucking phenomenal mind blowing" game. Didn't see that. Therefore it's clickbait.

Wow this looks great.

I'd need all the fingers and toes of everyone that has ever posted in this forum to count the number of trailers that looked spectacular for games that were nowhere near as impressive at launch.

I don't put any stock in trailers, even when the devs have a solid track record. I'm certainly not going to start here.

Indeed it is, here is FFXVI for comparison. 

However as my previous comments, usually the final product isn't as good as the trailer, so hopefully proven wrong.
