Thousands protesting in Georgia against the government's decision to suspend accession talks with the European Union "until the end of 2028". Aleppo being attacked by Syrian Rebels which seems like a well coordinated assault at an opportune moment. Fuck sake it's all falling apart for Putin and Trump is right around the corner to bail him out.

Lob another Storm Shadow at Russia for good measure.

So, Russia has lost in Africa and will lose in Syria it seems?

Not been following Africa so I'm not sure.

Syria is too early to tell but the combination of Iran being distracted by their proxy war with Israel, Hezbollah being decimated by Israel and Russia bogged down in Ukraine has put Assad in a weaker position and it seems Free Syrian Army has decided now is the time to strike, IIRC Erdogan is also a big backer of the Free Syrian Army so it may be him moving on a weakened Russia too.

Zelenskyy suggests 'hot phase' of Ukraine war could end in return for NATO membership if offered - even if seized land isn't returned immediately
The Ukrainian president told Sky News's chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay NATO membership would have to be offered to unoccupied parts of the country in order to end the "hot phase of the war", as long as the NATO invitation itself recognises Ukraine's internationally recognised borders.

I've a feeling this is very smart "bait" on Zelenskyy's part.

I believe if this proposal happened, Zelenskyy would soon be voted out of office as Ukrainians will be upset at not reclaiming their lost territory, lets be honest, Russia will never return the stolen Ukrainian land through words but that is what Zelenskyy is proposing in exchange for putting the rest of Ukraine in NATO. I believe this is a proposal to make Ukraine look like they're compromising a lot and when Putin rejects it, Zelenskyy is going to say to people like Trump: "See, look at how unreasonable Putin is being" and hope it sways Trump to his side.

@LurkerJ Did you see that Joe Rogan has gone fully mask off? Telling Zelenskyy "fuck you" for defending his own country to which Wladimir Klitschko, a Ukrainian boxer and brother of Vitali Klitschko who is the Mayor of Kyiv and Zelenskyy's political rival, blasted Joe Rogan for spreading Russian propaganda and asked if he could come on his show, Rogan has yet to respond. Ukraine’s former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba also asked Rogan if he could sit down and debate the points, Rogan has yet to respond, then he also revealed Zelenskyy asked to come on his show in the past to which he mocked his request.

He's a fucking coward who can't handle anyone challenging him, that's why he's terrified to have Klitschko, Zelenskyy, Kuleba on the show, I'm starting to wonder if his handlers are also being paid off by Russia like Tim Pool and others. He is pathetic and has took the mask off to reveal yet another right-wing grifter who spreads bullshit and can't handle anyone challenging his bullshit. I'd be shocked if he lets any of them on his show because they will rip his utter nonsense apart, the victim blaming piece of shit.

America needs to be very careful over the next 4 years because there's going to be a lot of Russian propaganda and disinformation passed through idiots like Rogan, the media and even the Trump administration, Russia is currently winning the information warfare against America, it's Cold War 2.0 and Russia is winning, I only hope the true Americans fight hard against this bullshit pro-Russian propaganda that's about to flood America.

Syria situation is rapidly escalating, it is starting to feel like a complete collapse of Assad's forces.

This...Seems major...This would imply a coup?

Russia can't save Assad without pulling shit out of Ukraine presumably so is Ukraine or Syria more important to him.

I don't want to imply anything, but he clearly hasn't cared about his allies after attacking Ukraine. On the other hand, he's been great at utilizing his allies.

Generally true but Syria is pretty important to Russia strategically, they've got a few Russian bases there which supply their African operations and the important Tartus naval facility and without it, Russia/Wagner in Africa is a lot harder to supply. Plus Assad has been the poster boy of how Russia protects their sicko allies, even despite most of the West wanting him dead, I think Assad collapsing would be a worse look than America's messy pull out of Afghanistan, if Syria did collapse it would send a very strong message to anyone under Russia's thumb, now is the time to strike.

Then there's also that Türkiye and Russia have been having a proxy war with each other in Syria for years now which Russia doesn't want Türkiye to win. Though Türkiye also supplies and funds group that we in the West don't like either and that's been a big disagreement between us. Overall Assad collapsing would be a pretty major blow to Russia but we'll have to wait and see, the situation keeps rapidly changing and Assad is no stranger to using any means at his disposal to put down rebellions even if it means slaughtering his own civilians.
