Shame about the months of time wasted but it's lovely to see another fat and juicy American aid package again.

Ukraine for the first time has begun using long-range ballistic missiles provided secretly by the United States, bombing a Russian military airfield in Crimea last week and Russian forces in another occupied area overnight, American officials said Wednesday.

Long sought by Ukrainian leaders, the new missiles give Ukraine nearly double the striking distance — up to 300 kilometers (190 miles) — that it had with the mid-range version of the weapon that it received from the U.S. last October. One of the officials said the U.S. is providing more of these missiles in a new military aid package signed by President Joe Biden on Wednesday.

Information about the delivery was kept so quiet that lawmakers and others in recent days have been demanding that the U.S. send the weapons — not knowing they were already in Ukraine.

Russian deputy defense minister arrested on corruption charges

"A Russian deputy defense minister has been charged with taking a bribe, in the country’s highest-profile corruption scandal since President Vladimir Putin launched his invasion of Ukraine more than two years ago.

Timur Ivanov is suspected of accepting a bribe of 1 million rubles (at least $10,800), Russian state media TASS reported."

This one?

Crimea Air Base Strike Leaves 30 Russians Dead, 80 Wounded: Report

Hmm...

Russia kept quiet about it if true...You'd think they'd find the fragments...Maybe they don't want their soldiers to know, Lol.

I thought it was the Cluster ATACMS but it could be a Precision Strike too...

Could the official be wrong? The Cluster Version IS within range but not by much.

I'm going to need more proof, Ukraine. 👀

Fire one 200km behind enemy lines, beyond the range of cluster ATACMS and I'll believe it.

Politico also reporting.

Do we think Mike already knew and that's why he put it in the bill? So he can take credit for it? Lmfao.

So basically, Ukraine went "Finally I'm allowed to use them!"

Just going to say, remember the US official who complained about Ukraine using drones to attack refineries, they said that Ukraine should be striking better targets essentially, I said that Ukraine would strike better targets if they had the means to do so, not necessarily with drones, as drones are more effective against low-guarded areas.

Ukraine receives ATACMS and within two uses, bombs the shit out of an air base and multiple S-300/S-400 systems.
