Russia kept quiet about it if true...You'd think they'd find the fragments...Maybe they don't want their soldiers to know, Lol.
I thought it was the Cluster ATACMS but it could be a Precision Strike too...
Could the official be wrong? The Cluster Version IS within range but not by much.
