Could this mean that Russia feels like its military will become unable to push forward? That's what i'm getting, if anything.

Posted that yesterday, the title is only half, Putin will offer to halt the Ukraine invasion along the current frontlines if America officially recognises Crimea as Russian and bans Ukraine from joining NATO, also they get to keep the territory that they've stolen along the current frontlines, they just promise they won't take anymore (Lmao).

ok, well thanks for letting me know that.  But would you agree that Russia's efforts are falling apart?

I think they know they can't take Kherson/Zaporizhia in their current state anyway, they don't have a fucking chance unless Ukraine suddenly collapses, thus they're making some utter horseshit "concession" like "Hey, we'll stop the invasion along the current frontlines and promise not to take Kherson/Zaporizhia as long as you recognise the territories we've stolen already"

Recognising Crimea as Russian will guarantee Russia invades again in the future and then demands we recognise their previously stolen Donbas/Kherson/Zaporizhia as Russian whilst they keep the "new new" frontlines which will now be something like Sumy/Kharkhiv and they will repeat this process until they eventually take everything.

Trump once again attacks Zelensky and echoes Kremlin talking points—downplaying Crimea’s illegal annexation, blaming Ukraine for defending its land, and pressuring Kyiv to “settle” on Russia’s terms.

This isn’t peace. It’s imperialism rewarded.

Sovereignty sold for a “deal.”

🇺🇸 WH press sec Karoline Leavitt says President Zelensky is moving in the “wrong direction” on peace talks.

Leavitt—and the admin she speaks for—has zero right to dictate Ukraine’s course. Kyiv decides. Not a delusional team chasing ego boosts.

Trump says Russia is ready for peace and Zelensky is the problem? He needs to pull the crap out of his eyes and see what happened in Ukraine last night—Russia bombed cities, murdered civilians, set homes on fire. This is terrorism. These are murderers who should be defeated, not pleased.

Trump plans to meet Putin after his Saudi trip. Thanking him for the art?

Ukraine’s territorial sovereignty is not up for negotiation—especially not by the U.S.. If Trump’s idea of “peace” is pleasing Putin, then Ukraine is totally right to walk away.

Trump refuses to say whether Ukraine should be forced to recognize Russia’s illegal grab of Crimea. “I don’t care… I have no favorites.”

That’s not neutrality—that’s enabling aggression. Ukraine’s sovereignty isn’t up for trade. Trump isn’t brokering peace, he’s making space for modern imperialism.

🇷🇺 Peskov makes it clear: Russia won’t give up any illegally occupied Ukrainian land—demanding full withdrawal from four regions for "peace."

Trump parrots this logic, pressuring Ukraine to accept imperialist claims instead of defending sovereignty.

Russia’s Shoigu claims EU peacekeepers in Ukraine could trigger World War III—and calls Ukraine “our historical territory.”

Russia wants full control over Ukraine, no interference from Europe, and a clear path to rearm and try again. Their intentions couldn’t be more obvious.

The Ukrainian Air Force reports on the combined missile and drone attack by Russia on Ukraine overnight.

31/37 Kh-101 cruise missiles

Kyiv under fire last night during a combined Russian missile & drone attack. A North Korean supplied KN-23 ballistic missile reportedly struck a residential building in Sviatoshynskyi district, causing lots of victims.

Zelensky: "44 days of ceasefire from Ukraine—Russia still kills. ~70 missiles, 150 drones hit. 9 dead in Kyiv, 80+ wounded nationwide. Air defense must be reinforced. I'll brief South Africa's President, then cut visit short to return to Ukraine."

❗️Zelensky reposted a 2018 statement by former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo:

“The U.S. reaffirms its policy of non-recognition of the Kremlin’s claims of sovereignty over territory seized by force.”

A timeless reminder: Might doesn’t make right.

Zelensky: The U.S. said if either side rejected a full ceasefire, there would be strong consequences, including sanctions. I see no serious pressure on Russia now. Zelensky is right: 0 pressure on the aggressor — all pressure on Ukraine to accept harmful terms and surrender.

🇪🇺 🇪🇺The EU will not support any U.S. attempt to recognize Russia’s annexation of Crimea or pressure Ukraine into accepting it, per FT.

Zelensky says today’s missile strike is Russia’s way of pressuring the U.S. He noted that Moscow had hoped for a scandal during Ukraine’s meeting with the American side in London — but it didn’t happen. “We are much stronger today than at the start of the war,” he said.

💯 Trump's peace plan is pro-Russian, it cannot become the basis for a just peace, — BILD citing Ukrainian officials

🗣️ "The plan is one-sided. Russia receives concrete benefits, Ukraine only vague promises." Trump wants to end the war, but does not make any commitments regarding our security.

Plus all occupied territories to go to Russia as well. Witkoff “hopes to get it signed” to then travel to Noscow and present it to Putin

Oh My Fucking God. This is Embarrassing.

There's a simple way to stop the killing.

Putin needs to withdraw his troops from all occupied Ukrainian territory, sign a peace treaty. I'd say that Russia should also pay reparations to Ukraine, but considering that they're being pushed to surrender without terms by Trump now, that's probably not going to happen.

Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office during a meeting with Norway’s prime minister, Trump was asked what concessions Russia has “offered up thus far to get to the point where you’re closer to peace.”

“Stopping the war, stopping from taking the whole country, pretty big concession,” Trump responded.

Trump suggests Russia's concession for peace is ending war

Oh my fucking God...He actually said what I was saying out loud, these fucking idiots running America actually consider Russia not slaughtering all of Ukraine to be a concession that Russia is making. What the fuck. America has truly turned into one of the most pathetic, embarrassing countries in the world.

Poor Putin, he is making a big concession, he can't commit Nazi genocide on another country! - Trump.

From ending the war in 24 hours because "Putin respects him" to publicly begging Putin to stop killing Ukrainians months in his presidency.
