Could this mean that Russia feels like its military will become unable to push forward? That's what i'm getting, if anything.

Posted that yesterday, the title is only half, Putin will offer to halt the Ukraine invasion along the current frontlines if America officially recognises Crimea as Russian and bans Ukraine from joining NATO, also they get to keep the territory that they've stolen along the current frontlines, they just promise they won't take anymore (Lmao).

ok, well thanks for letting me know that.  But would you agree that Russia's efforts are falling apart?
