No, like someone else stated, I don't look at the achievements/trophies until after I beat the game the first time around.
There are always some kind of spoilers in the trophies, sometimes minor and sometimes major. That's why I won't look at them before playing. Why look at them anyways, half of the fun is the surprise of getting one. I don't care about them much in any case, but there you go.
