For the past few days (week?) I have been getting badge notifications for the same two badges. I quickly remove the notification and the following day it reappears.
Let's just say this is the least of my problems with this site right now (functionality-wise) but at least I know there is probably a solution to this one since it doesn't affect the pocketbook of the site owner.

I continue to keep getting the badass badge about 8 times a week, but I don't mind. It helps with my self-esteem.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.

I don't mind getting notified about badges...I mean, as DroidKnight pointed out, if I ever get the baddass badge, I'm gonna wanna know. But unlike DroidKnight, I'll only need to be told once. ;)

I know how to make the notification symbol go away. These are resubmits to my page for the same badge. I hope I'm being clear. Obviously no one else is having this issue, so I'll just have to live with it, or completely turn off badge notifications.
