If you like old school gaming your in for a treat even though this has some classics it is a small 25 game sample but the good  news is being an emulator with WHDLoad built in you can load your own games by usb stick and aren't at the mercy of the company drip feeding games plus you have all the modern conveniences like save/resume..

Not the best game selection, but okay.

I'd probably only play California Games, Chaos Engine, Paradroid 90, Pinball Dreams, Speedball 2, Stunt Car Racer and Zool.

Simon the Sorcerer and Another World are great, but I have better versions of them on multiple systems.

Where are Amiga classics like Ambermoon, Battle Isle, Beneath a Steel Sky, Cannon Fodder, Civilization 1, Covert Action, Defender of the Crown, Dune 1 + 2, Elite, Flashback, Gobliiins, Gods, Hexuma, Historyline, It Came from the Desert, James Pond 1 + 2, Lemmings 1 + 2, Lionheart, Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge 1 - 3, Mad TV, Mega Lo Mania, Micro Machines, Monkey Island, Moonstone, North & South, Pinball Fantasies, Populous 1 + 2, Prince of Persia, Pushover, Railroad Tycoon, Rock 'n' Roll, Sid Meier's Pirates!, Pirates!, Sensible Soccer, Silkworm, SWIV, Superfrog, Syndicate, The Lost Vikings, The Settlers 1 + 2, Turrican 1 - 3, UFO: Enemy Unknown (X-Com), Wings and Wings of Fury?

I did grow up in the days of Amiga, but I never owned one. So I don't have the nostalgia factor in play.

Have the games listed, only California games appeals to me. And I'd probably have fun with that for 20 minutes. Not worth buying the thing for that.

They most likely will release more  but one of the problems with these older games is licencing the good news is since all those games are easy to download and  it has WHDLoad you can play those games on it using a usb drive , it just for ease of use and isn't aimed at retro gamers who own an Amiga more at gamers who no longer have one or would like to experience it with todays features.

The beauty of the thing is it has WHDLoad so you can load games from a usb stick also it treats multiple disk games like they are one single Hard drive ,so no loading between disks ,so you can access hundreds of games or put workbench on it and use it for non gaming stuff.

The even better news is since all those games are easy to download: most people going that route don't need to buy the A500 mini, since they can play the downloaded games on hardware they already have.

Old PC, laptop, Chromebook, Raspberry Pi, Android phone or tablet, Xbox One/Series in developer mode... even a PlayStation Classic can emulate an Amiga.
