they are going to say that the ps3 is really the wii and ps3 in 1, and that the wii games work on the ps3 with da new ps3mote lol

E3 last year accompanied a price cut...I expect E3 this year to accompany a price cut as well.

The timing is excellent 

1) Summer = slowing sales

2) July = start of 2nd quarter for Sony

3) Timing a price cut at E3 is a way to get lots of free media 

4) The previous price cut was effective against Xbox 360
