Rest of the world? Where do you think is located Spain?

Holy shortages.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Do you still believe that this a PR stunt from MS and Sony?

It's all FIFA and Animal Crossing. I guess that is to be expected.

Basically all sucesfull consoles had months of shortages so nothing unexpected, but sure keep believing on rumors presented without any evidence but hearsay.

You were the one saying that this was a PR stunt because "platform holders love to say they are sold out on launch." And yes, this level of shortages at this stage makes me think that both companies have encountered something in their production lines that is preventing them from manufacturing as many units as they wanted.

To say launch is a success and that they are sold out is certainly something platform holder loves to say because makes for good PR. What does this have to do with anything else?

This what? You mean Spain not receiving more inventory? Nope, the shortage is global and selling out globally do for good publicity, to be sold out at 500 units per week on Spain don't. But since you don't have numbers for global sales, production capacity or anything else you actually don't have anything. Sony set their expectation to outsell PS4 first fiscal year by March 2021 and unless you think PS4 also had production issues (even though it broke PS2 record on fastest selling) then will you accept the rumors were fake? Coming March if PS5 is much lower than PS4 sure we can try to give some credibility to the rumor.
