Forums - Sales Discussion - Steam top sellers for the week ending Dec 27. Ordered by revenue

1. Cyberpunk 2077
2. Valve Index VR Kit
3. Sea of Thieves
4. Hades
5. Raft
6. Phasmophobia
7. Grand Theft Auto V
8. Halo MCC
9. Red Dead Redemption 2
10. CS: GO - Operation Broken Fang (DLC)

Although I gotta be honest. I made this post just to highlight how Sea of Thieves keeps popping up in the Top 10 after all this time. A game that has been on Gamepass since day 1.

Always find steam keys cheaper elsewhere. Paid £6.87 pounds for pillars of eternity definitive off play-asia recently, did have it on GOG, but rather have one store.

People forget that SoT is a big hit, definitely put Rare back on my radar.

It's currently showing as around £7 for me so... congrats on saving 13p?

Guess it just went on sale, oh well, guess it all adds up.

Steam's highest grossing games of the year list is also up - https://store.steampowered.com/sale/BestOf2020

The 12 games that made 'Platinum' level in 2020 were:

  • Among Us
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Doom Eternal
  • Fall Guys
  • Monster Hunter World
  • Rainbow Six Siege
  • Grand Theft Auto V
  • PUBG
  • Dota 2
  • CS:GO
  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Destiny 2

Would be nice if they'd tell us what Platinum, Gold, and so on actually mean in terms of sales or revenue...
