This graphics can be done in gamecube wether it uses its limit or not so why not the wii which is 2 times more powerful than the GC? And its exclusive only to PS3/360 while the Wii owners only have Soul Calibur Legends.

And even now, Namco dont want to release Tekken 6 even we all know that kind of graphics in Tekken 6 can be also done with the Wii... *sigh* Sorry Namco fans out there but Namco dont care for the Wii.

Sorry I just want to express my opinion after the announcement of Soul Calibur was only on PS3/360 while we only have legend swords something and another tales sequel.

You hate on Namco for doing this, so perhaps you could give me an example of a "HD" game that's made it to the Wii alongside PS3 & X360. I'm not saying it has to retain "HD" graphics or all the content of the "HD" versions, it just needs to be released on the Wii along with the HD versions.

Maybe we should wait and see how well SW:FU fares (qualty wise) on the Wii before demanding other games follow suit?

Welp, I believe that Namco has done right by the Wii this gen, with Fragile and Tales of Symphonia to name a few.

I think this is once again, a case of a Wii fan wanting all exclusive games on the Wii and all other games multiplat Wii ports.

Though, I would certainly buy SC on the Wii with Link as a character, lol, I would rather play Tekken on PS3, because I'm really, really, really, tourney good at Tekken, and the controls matter very much to me.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Considering that neither title has been released yet... that's a foolish statement.

No, I disagree. These are big money titles regaurdless of their quality, making Namco one of the few companies to plan or release big money titles on the Wii exclusively.

Also, yushire, I think your insane if you would actually trade Tales of Symphonia or Fragile for Soul Calibur or Tekken. I love both those series, but honestly, when you compare them to Tales of Symphonia, I just couldn't trade it for a fighting game that hasn't evolved in years. Call me crazy.

1)  Until these titles are on store shelves they are vaporware.  Remarking on quality of a game you haven't played is foolish.

2)  Namco is putting Tales of games on tons of platforms.  They're shoveling them out the door these days.  Getting one for the Wii especially a measily sequel and not the next main Tales of game is depressing.

3)  The new ToS game could easily bomb.  The original was mediocre and this one seems to offer very little in the way of original concepts/gameplay (that we have seen).

Aren't they making three rpg's for the wii exclusively. To me that pretty good since the wii has only one released by a third party. Now if only talking about thier two fighters. Tekken 6 cannot and will not be done the wii.Tekken 6 is done on Namco's PS3 based arcade engine and no How big a nintendo fanboy I am the wii cpu is no where near the ps3.So even if they could do the graphics the wii probably couldn't play the game at even 25 frame seconds.

As for Soul Calibur IV I have no idea since I can not find any information on what engine or board it is using. If is not using the PS3 arcade board and is using something closer to 360 is shouldn't be impossible to port it like they did for Rock Star Table Tennis since they port it to the 360 to wii by just downgrading.

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

Most big companies are going to make casual friendly games to compliment their hardcore games on the Wii. That's just the way it's going to be. You may not want We Ski or We Cheer but someone is going to buy it.

Well Namco should at least port Soul Calibur III to the Wii, since II showed that series can sell well on Nintendo systems. And you can just use the Classic Controller and those Hori fighting sticks.
You can't make the game that way. The game would have to be compatible with the Wii-mote and nunchuck combo because not everyone owns a classic controller or Hori fighting stick. It could be combatible with a traditional controller but would need to use the basic controller setup in some way, which would absolutely fail in my mind, as Tekken, nor Soul Calibur would lend themselves well to motion control.

1. If ToS and Fragile are vaporware then so is SC and Tekken. 2. "Measily" sequel? It's the sequel to the most popular Tales of game! I'd rather have ToS2 than a new Tales of. 3. Most people think ToS is not mediocre. By your understanding, SC and Tekken can easily bomb too.

1)  Agree.

2)  Most popular?  Most of it's popularity comes from being on the gamecube competing against all of what... 6 RPGs?

3)  My opinion does not reflect most people, it reflects me.  Also considering how the original ToS barely broke 1m, your opinion does not reflect most people either.
