So 12.4m as of now doesn't seem that unreasonable. It wasn't the best selling game, at least compared to previous GT titles.

It's not like GTS having 12.4M is low, is that it's an online game where everybody that owns it need to log on to be even trackable by any means, and it's barely ahead of Ratchet and Clank.

Considering that R&C was free with PS Plus back in March 2018, it's not unlikely that its total player count is close to GT Sport.
