Hey guys/girls,

My wonderful old Acer Predator XB270HU has developed artifacts on one half of the screen (vertical lines). Slapping the monitor seems to fix the issue temporarily which makes me think something is slightly loose inside.

Can anyone recommend a good PC forum that discusses hardware-level fixes for PC components? Once I pull this bad boy apart, I want to know what I'm looking at.
