New World of Goo screenshots
Friday 18-Apr-2008 4:00 PM Quirky Wii Software game shownIndependent game studio 2D Boy has released four shots from World of Goo, a puzzle construction gaming coming to PC and Wii Software (WiiWare).
Based on these screenshots, we think the game looks unique and interesting, even though they reveal very little about the gameplay.
For those not in the know, World of Goo is like a freaky mutation of Lemmings and Jenga. Using units of goo, you have to build a goo-based construction towards an exit so any remaining goo can escape. Okay then.
It sounds mental, but it's also precisely the sort of thing we wanted to see on Wii Software.
World of Goo is actually coming to PC soon and will follow on Wii Software sometime after that.
