You know, these guys who wrote the article are complaining about bikes in Mario Kart Wii, but at the same time overlook how seriously flawed their beloved Mario Kart 64 is. MK64 is the most imbalanced Mario Kart game ever made. Yoshi and Peach have the best acceleration AND the best top speed in the game, that's ridiculous. World record times are set with these two characters and in 4-player multiplayer, two people by default have to go with worse characters. That IS imbalance. In Mario Kart Wii it's possible that everyone chooses the same kart/bike, so there's really no need to bitch about imbalance. Besides, from what I've played, I can't say that there is one superior bike that is the best choice for every track in the game. Finally, the last point: Who are you to say or agree with that Mario Kart Wii isn't balanced, when it is you who hasn't even played the game yet? And since when do you rely on the opinions of videogame journalists? You have said often enough that their opinions and reviews are worthless. So why are you going as far as to base your opinion of Mario Kart Wii (that it is imbalanced) on this article? Conclusion: All you wanna do, is to annoy Rol! |
Erm... didn't you read the article? They said MKWii is better than MK64. No point in railing against MK64. It's not called for at all. It was a great game and still is. Just because you European folks got the glitchy copy and we Americans got the perfect copy doesn't make it a bad game. ^_^
As for your argument about picking the same stuf... that's like saying Smash Bros. would be balanced if everyone always picked the same character, at that point you've just sucked the fun out of the game. That's a stupid argument especially from you Rol.
Well, I don't see you disagreeing with them. In fact, your answer is to use a bike just like everyone else. That pretty much confirms what they're saying. ^_~
I think your conclusion is the only part of your post I agree with.
