Just buy on PS4 and when you get PS5 play it with BC.

When it comes to Cyberpunk, I'd rather wait for next gen version. I'll buy it day one on current gen but won't play it until next gen arrives. I think the wait won't be long, because I don't believe CDPR that they are not working on next gen version. I expect it to arrive day one when new consoles launch.
