I can't see FF14 going to the Wii. Think about it, they're getting most of the Final Fantasy fanbase to buy a PS3 to play FF13. It's hard to imagine that they'll switch systems so late in the current console cycle for the next main installment in the series.

Actually FF14 is probably on the middle of production already. SO yes we will see FF14 this gen.

That's the problem though. They have to get the fanbase to buy the console in the first place. By the time an FF14 were to roll around, Wii could have triple or more ofan install base already established. SE has very rarely turned down money over something percieved like loyalty to an install base, and Crystal Tools is already available on every platform...

I think it will come out, but only just, like FF XII did for the PS2, they have FFXIII and versus to come out, not to mention a nother FFVII compilation game is highly likely.

I had to wait 4 years between the 2 Kingdom Hearts games. I had to wait 3 years between X-2 and XII (ignoring online only XI bullcrap). So as long as it's not released any longer then that, I'll be fine.

But Squaresoft have different teams working on the differnt FFs, they have since FF8, when FFIX, X and XI were all in production at the same time.

 EDIT: Side note, According to IGN FF9 was 'unreleased' in PAL...man I must have a rare version of the game. :P

It's possible. PS2 saw 10, 11 and 12. Id say it comes to PS3 after or during PS4 launch.

I´ll release a system in the market in 2012 and have already (shh..don´t tell anyone ) made a deal with Square to have FFXIV,Star Ocean 5 and others released exclusively on it....so,please buy it

Possible in any other way.. I think it's better if they do 13 as best as it can be.. Let's face it they're starting to slip from the best aspects the franchise had.
