Not really feeling Deathloop tbh. Not really invested in the characters, the world, the concept. Definitely seems like they want you to play more stealthy as well. Fun game for game pass, but I couldn't pay $60-70 for it.

Sorry to react on your post on this part of the forum, since i'm not a Xbox'user since the first one. But i'm interested in this acquisition, as an european playstation player. This precision is important about how different some see this situation from an american players prspective, i think.

First, Phil and other use PR strategy. As you say, he plays the nice guy, but the CMA notes that every acqusition leads to make games exclusive to Xbox and the deal proposition to let CoD on playstation until 2027 let many thinks it's to make it exclusive for the next generation of consoles.

CMA analysis may be wrong but cannot be downplayed just because now Xbox is not leading the market. The role of the regulatories is to know if the market can be modified and abused in a 10 years span. Xbox says AB is not the last company they want to buy.

I've nothing against Xbox, and i'm not a Cod player, but seems are a little more complicated than CMA wants to protect Sony, there's no risk of market abuse, and the mantra more comptetion is always the best for players.

Sony and Xbox, well each console manufacturer's fan are too entitled with their visions

Omfg, I apologise on behalf of the UK. What the fuck is CMA saying, this is hilarious.

I'm actually a little unsure on if it will pass CMA now, if it doesn't, Microsoft will take them to court, but a lot of these arguments are awful and boil down to "What about poor Sony?!"

There is something really odd about CMA's framing, it's like they got their talking points directly from Sony themselves and have barely bothered to do any research into the market.

Indeed, i wonder how much Sony is paying them. That or they are all Sony fans.
