I never thought of the idea that RTX Remix that Nvidia introduced this past week could legitimately hurt the remake/remaster part of the gaming industry that companies have become so reliant on. Seeing what a simple piece of software was able to do with Morrowind, it damn near looked like a brand new game! How tech like this could be introduced to consoles, not sure. But, if there's a will, there's a way. Now fans have a way to remaster every single they could possibly want!

Looks like we won't be getting more cross core customization till season 3, and even then, it won't be full customization.

Deathloop has been quite disappointing so far. Playing it is confusing and frustrating rather than fun and enjoyable. Maybe it'll get better once I unlock more skills.

Colt's character and voice actor is the best part of the game.

Former Level Designer at 343 Industries working on Halo Infinite.

Lol. Is this the first time that the tools have been publicly called out?

Shit must be seriously bad if the tools are worse than Forge's.

How is that possible since Forge is still using Slipspace??? Unless Slipspace is even more modified than the engine already was lol.

Other than reports from the likes of Jason Schreier, this is the first time I've publicly heard of a developer calling out the tools. Idk how 343 digs themselves out of the tech issues.

Its probably because they spent over a year developing Forge as a tool for the community as well as for development.  There is probably 2 version, one you release to the community and another with way more power that is going to be used for development.  Its not uncommon.  In the job I use to work at, we did the same thing where we release the same tool we use within our development community but the internal one gave us way more control.

IGN giving grounded a 9... They've changed their tune.

Wow, I did not realize how RPG heavy Grounded has become. When I was playing, there definitely wasn't any RGP mechanics lol. That's awesome to see!

That makes me a bit more interested in it. Did they ever add voice acting for the playable characters in story cutscenes or during gameplay? That is one of the main things I wanted to see, alongside RPG elements, way back when I played it on early access week 1.

Will need to check it out and give a go this weekend.

I have read the game now does have full voice acting, but doesn't go into specific details of what aspects of the game has voice acting. I interpret that as everything though.

This would certainly be interesting, but it would have to be its own playlist since the gameplay would be blown to high holy hell
