Huge congrats to this team! I spent several hours playing Slime Rancher 2 yesterday and it's stupid charming was not expecting it to be as fun as it is. Something I'll have to show my daughter how to play!
I had a pipe dream in my head that we could sell 100k copies of Slime Rancher 2 in the first 24 hrs if the stars aligned. And we did that in less than 6 hrs. No idea where this crazy train is headed but so grateful to have a chance to ride it. Thank you all so very much. ?✨

OMG YESSS! 343 NEEDS to adds a Forge playlist of rotating user created maps. Maybe add the end of each map let people vote if they liked or didn't like the map? So each week 343 can rotate out the least liked maps and add new ones. |
God I'm hoping 343 shored up their UI issues with their engine that'll allow this! I'm not holding my breath that voting will be making its triumphant return any time soon. Would love to be proven wrong though!

So I tried to play the Metal Hellsinger and my first play was a bust. I believe trying to play this game like a FPS is probably the wrong approach but instead you have to try and play it like Guitar Hero. In order for your weapons to hit harder and better not to mention hearing the complete song, you have to continue to shoot on beat to the music. At first, I just ran around shooting and slashing but once I started to get the hang of staying on beat, things started to work out much better. Looking at a few twitch streams of people way better than myself, I can see how keeping on rhythm allow you to hit harder and use your ultimate power for each weapon. I need to practice more as playing like this is a whole different experience. Not sure if I actually like it yet but willing to give it a good run.

Yeah. Tbh...Close to 100 developers doesn't sound like a lot for a Battle Royale project. |
Why because other successful Battle Royale's have hundreds and even thousands of developers dedicated to their individual projects?

Welp, that certainly sounds like Certain Affinity is not interested in becoming a permanent Halo support dev probably why they haven't been acquired.
