With 2 days left in August, I think it's safe to say that campaign network co-op has been delayed. Unless 343 just shadow drops it tomorrow at the weekly reset.
If not, I hope they'll announce the date during that update 343 is releasing this week covering essentially the rest of the year.

Microsoft has gotten very cozy with Paradox Interactive it seems. As far as I know, every one of their major franchises have come to PC Game Pass. Including a couple years ago when Crusader Kings III released on Day 1. Now you can add their latest game on Day 1!
