Uuuuuu I hope they did I don't think any Xbox fan will ever forgive Mattrick for bringing down the Xbox brand almost into oblivion the way he did.

So if the deal closes this year, can we expect MW 2 to be on gamepass the day the deal is finalized? Not sure if I want to pre-order it for it just to be on gamepass a month later.

If they even can, Microsoft wouldn't be able to do any marketing on it considering Sony's marketing deals for CoD.
Assuming previous CoD titles along with Crash 1-4, Spyro Trilogy, and Tony Hawk 1&2, I wonder what other games will be added to Game Pass? I assume the likes of Diablo II. Overwatch 2 will be FTP by that point, so not sure what other Blizzard game would be added.

The thing is that they listed 2 IP that Sony don’t even own, imagine telling a company that will actually own the IP and studios hat they can’t make their own game exclusive meanwhile hypothetically if Sony were to go to EA and cuts them a deal to make the next Battlefield exclusive no one would be able to do anything to stop it.
Sony are obviously scared but them also attacking GamePass is just disgusting.
Sony needs to be humbled, get that checkbook out MS. Get another one.
