I guess CoD will stay multiplat or they risk that another game will take the throne. The franchise has already more competition than ever. 

It's also a deal to boost GP on PC which is still struggling. 

Personally I would have preferred the same money spent on other companies, though.  

For that amount they could have bought a few other big devs to have a bigger variety.

Thats huge news but i havent bought a single Activision game for over a decade so its hard to be excited about this.

I think there's a strong chance concessions are made, such as, CoD will have to remain Multiplatform.

Honestly though, exclusive or not, this will be massive for Game Pass so I don't think it's a big deal.

Part of me wonders how strong the CoD campaign is...Would it be a good idea to make CoD a Campaign only franchise going forward with Warzone eating into CoD mainline MP portion? Warzone does seem to be hurting CoD so maybe they should just focus on that, at minimum, CoD should go to being a 2 year franchise, Microsoft doesn't need it every year with this many studios now.

Given how everyone is getting burnt out of CoD at this point anyway, with sales decreasing over the past years, I think MP will go F2P and campaign will be included in GamePass. Warzone 100% will remain multiplatform.

I'd make Warzone the CoD MP experience going forward, it's already F2P.

Warzone is eating into CoD's MP, I'm not sure if making two F2P CoD MPs will be a wise idea cause they'd both eat into each other, can they not just add in a more traditional CoD experience to Warzone?

Nah, killing off COD MP would be the dumbest move possible. Because traditional COD MP and Warzone are very different things targeted at different audiences. I doubt they really eat into each other.
