Shinomune contacted with Midway to confirm the date, and he was told: "Our event is on April 17th, but all information and assets provided at the event are under strict embargo until Friday, April 18th at 4PM PT".

If this is true, I expect a disaster of a game, and yet I'm completely interested. I guess it just hits one of those nerves that I'll need to keep up with news regarding this game, because it reeks of the same awesomeness as Terminator vs. Robocop, Iron Man/XO Manowar and Marvel vs. Capcom(It's obvious "inspiration").

Maybe leave Superman out of this, unless its a red sun (turns him into a normal man), then sure put him in there, but it could be good with people like Batman and such, I wouldn't mind killing Wonder Woman myself (she has always gotten on my nerves) but I couldn't see the series being so brutal if they were to use the DC characters.

Anyone beating Superman would seem ridiculous, especially any fatality. I can't see fatality or most of the gore of MC when using DC characters it would just seem to out of place. And MC would seem weird without it.

But I can just see it. Pick random character - Opponent - Goro, you - Aquaman (gulp)

Oh yeah forgot about Aquaman he should totally get the fatalities used against him.
