I've been saying this game will sell and review well since Let's Go, and I didn't buy that game nor will I buy this one so r.i.p. that generalization. Your behavior is what's lovely, being so utterly irrational for the sake of defending a corporation that gives no shits about you. As I've pointed out so many times, you gain fucking nothing from defending, but you can gain a better product through criticism.

Regardless of the reviews, it will still sell 15-25 million lifetime. Maybe more. And this isn't something massive budget game with a ton of hard to make cinematic scenes, I'm sure Pokemon is one of the most profitable series of games ever because of how low budget it is and how much it sells. They could get a 20 metacritic and they will laugh their way to the bank before making the next one and selling a buttload once again. There are certainties in life:

We have taxes.
Hillary Clinton is always maybe, possibly running for President.
Howard Dean will achieve his dream to visit all the listed states in his fiery speech.
Epstein didn't kill himself.
Pokemon will sell millions each time.

My stance for this game (and any other game) is to reserve final judgement until I personally play the game.  I don't defend nor attack anything that I haven't played.  Sorry if you find that "irrational."  Can't help you there.

Wouldn't go that far, 25 million would mean Pokemon is as big as it's heyday. Even if Sw/Sh had all Pokemon and Game Freak wasn't lying to our faces, the game still doesn't push the series forward in a way to warrant an increase big enough to return to that level of sales. It'll sell ~15m like every first game in a new generation has for past 5 gens (unless you see D/P as an exception). I'd like to think their blunders will have some effect though, so maybe it does ~13m.

Feel free to look at my history.  Other than knowing certain genres aren't my thing, I don't attack games I haven't played.  And stating a genre isn't my thing isn't an attack, it is a personal preference.  

Fact is you haven't played S/S and have ALREADY determined it is trash.  I will be playing it and making a personal call at that time.

You attack people over games you haven't played, most of your post about Sw/Sh involves defending Game Freak from criticism. You even went as far as to say information about the game is irrelevant to discussion about the game, refusing to explain how that makes any sense. At this point you're just sacrificing yourself by making the discussion about your integrity, taking a bullet for your corporate overlords.

Nope.  

1) I attacked people for judging a game they haven't played.  Anybody who plays S/S and thinks it is junk, perfectly fine in my book.

2) My point was that judging a game on a few features is silly.  The entire package (e.g. final game) should be judged.    

Either you understand that or you don't.  Either way, I'm not bothering with your nonsense anymore.  Feel free to have the last word.
