The first Metroid Prime's intro music and theme is pretty awesome.

The intro music to Baster Master for NES and the entire intro for Stryder as he comes in on the hang glider thing. The music to Rastan arcade is also great, although it technically isn't intro music the same music plays on most levels so it could be considered theme music.

Other favorites are both Prime 1 and 2's intros.

By the way this is my first post on this site, I been visiting here for a long time and I think this is a great site.
