I've been playing the PS2 version (which I got a year ago, still haven't beat it due to busyness) but I was wondering, I'm still pretty early in it.

Are the Wii controls good enough that I should stop playing the PS2 version and buy the Wii version?

what's the point of getting the wii version when it's exactly the same as the PS2 content wise, If I were you I'd just save your money and enjoy Okami on the PS2 when ever you have the time to actually play the game.

if you have no time to beat the PS2 version then why buy the Wii version and start all over. save your money continue beating the PS2 version. Maybe if you did already beat it once you could get the Wii version.

If you're playing on an HD television, I'd say yes. Wii version is 480p and widescreen and this game is very pretty, also the Wii box looks better :)

I'll go with that, plus supporting 3rd party games if you own a Wii could be looked at as an investment in your gaming future. Especially when they are as deserving as Okami is.

I don't have an HD tv btw and I'll probably get Okami Wii EVENTUALLY, but not for a while.

If your get it eventaully get it now, also I heard the paintbrush movemnets for controls was a lot easier and natural.

well since you already have to ps2 version just finished the game save the money and buy another wii game

apparantly the brush gets used more often due to Wiimotes control methods and it makes the whole game move at a faster pace so i'd say embrace it and buy Wii version.
