Shopto.net have added the rumored gta 4 ps3 bundle to their site. what is weird though is that no other online/instore uk retailer have it listed, which is a little confusing.

That would drive sales of the PS3, as certainly amazon UK are sold out of PS3 and 360 games and GAME is definitely out of PS3 versions (and prob 360s) so this should really work in Sony's favour
maybe, but how late are they going to leave it until they offcially announce it? according to that site, they have run out of pre-orders for that bundle already.
The 360 version of GTA IV is actually being heavily advertised in Europe at the moment. I've seen maybe 5-6 Xbox 360 commercials for the game already. It's about 2 minutes long, then at the end it says "Get GTA IV with an Xbox 360 for only €199."
Although the bundle mentioned in this thread will definetly drive sales, if Sony don't start advertising GTA IV on their platfrom (like Microsoft is doing at the moment) GTA IV software sales and the subsequent hardware sales could swing in favour of the 360 in Europe.

Haven't seen any ads in the UK (than again I haven't been watching too much TV)

what's weird is that not a single gta 4 commercial has been advertised in mainland UK. but in the rest of europe it has. it has been advertised in ireland, but that's not part of the UK. only wales, scotland, england and northern ireland are.
