Hi all,

It is possible that  I am being really stupid and am happy to be shown to be wrong, but I think that a whole bunch of games has gone missing off the Wii software list.

If you go to the games database and select Wii and Sales to make the top 50 last week I think that a game needed about 0.36million sales, now it is 0.27, suggesting figure have been downgraded or titles are missing. I can see that Endless Ocean is missing which was registered on about 0.46million sales, but I cant remember/work out what the other missing games are.

Any ideas? Just me being dumb? 

Well, I presume that your looking at the Others chart, correct?

Well, being the huge region and difficulty to track, ioi (the boss) only shows the top 50. However, he adds new EU sales for games every week as he gains more data.

We are tracking 41 games in the others chart with more added in each week!

I was not looking at any region, simple going to Games, Game database, selecting Wii as the console and Sales as the filter. Something I have been doing for months. Mario Strikers has also gone, as as No More Heroes. If I look up the games individually they have a total of 0 sales.

He is talking about the game database, not the European sales charts.

For some reason the totals for games got messed up. For example, Mario Party 8 says a total of 0.00m when if you actually click on the game, you can see that there are weekly sales still there.

I don't know if ioi is aware of this yet, but I'm sure he will fix it as soon as he finds out what is wrong.

Woah. I just realized that he removed that feature. But you can still see all Wii games being tracked (before the American numbers of course), but you can't see the top 200.

I guess Montana locked the thread I referenced because he thought it was only talking about games missing, although, people were talking about sales getting reset too.

MP8, Red Steel, EO, Super Mario Strikers, and a couple of others sales got wiped.

there should be 23 million sellers, but there are just 20 right now.

24, actually. Mario Kart Wii was added when Japan sales were announced.
