What does the Soviet Russia mean?

I went to Russia this last easter-to Moscow and St. Petersburg, and although there are huge amounts of poor people, in the cities at least, there alos huge amounts of rich people aswell, just virtually no middle class. So, the richer people (going on the amount of really expensive sars there were, btw, such as Mercs, Porsche Cayennes-you can't have sports cars obviously, etc) are going to want to buy into the western world as it were, by buying consoles.

Russian is under heavy corruption, there's the very poor and the very rich... Anyway I think Russian numbers are in the "others" category.
