Forums - Gaming - Did you go PS1 or N64?

I went PS1. I was what, 4 years old when I got my ps1? I went to Canadian Tire with my dad and  I didnt know what he was buying. When I got home I was like OMG A Ps1! To this day I still think the ps1 was the best system ever made.

My first game was jet moto which came bundled and I got games like crash team racing, crash bandicoot, spyro metal gear etc etc..

N64 was a great system, but not my taste. I used to go play smash bros at my friends house before he got his xbox and I got addicted to it. The only game I liked for n64 was smash bros and mario kart.

I have to thank my dad for getting me my ps1 or else I would be a nintendoboy right now.

I still cannot beleive Canadian Tire, a hardware store sold game consoles.

I had both, I was pretty much all Nintendo until FFVII. Read about it in a magazine and wanted so much to try it out that I bought a PS1. Before that release all I had was an N64.

...

Got my son a N64. Frankly, all I knew about the PS1 was Crash Bandicoot from the ads. Playstation wasn't even on the radar for me until PS2.

PS1 is the greatest console. I bought PS1 first and then got N64 there was some games I really had to play like Ocarina of time, Mario 64 and Starfox. N64 had to little RPGs :(

I had only the N64, MArio 64, Paper MArio, GOldeneye... precious memories

I bought a N64 first, then several years later I bought a PSone. Goldeneye 007, Mario 64, 1080, Smash Bros, Banjo Kazooie, Mario Kart 64 FTW!

Both..But I had N64 first and what later PS One. If you didn't owned one of those two you missed great games. You can't denie that ...

i had ps1, you know, i live in a sony-land, so there was a lot of hype around the ps1

I had both, but all my love go to my N64.
