I never miss it. That Jigglypuff was an opening to a segment about a city mascot that was banned in Japan for being a troublemaker and Last Week Tonight ended up sending their own mascot and getting it adopted in that city. lol

Yeah, I went to their official YT channel but they only posted the first part with the Mueller report segment, the one about Japan came after that one, not posted in their channel.

I only found this phone camera capture.
