We already have the numbers

Did PS4 get any significant releases this Feb? I know Switch didn't.

A handful of new releases like Metro Exodus, Far Cry: New Dawn, Jump Force & Anthem.
Mostly stuff that keeps the existing install base active rather than system sellers.

Alrighty, how about for March-May?
Once June hits Switch has Mario Maker 2 to give it a boost but til then it only has the kind of games you describe, stuff like Yoshi, Mortal Kombat 11, Team Sonic Racing, and Hellblade, which will likely sell to the established base rather than inducing hardware purchases.

January
Ace Combat 7
Resident Evil 2 Remake
Kingdom Hearts 7
February
Metro Exodus
Far Cry: New Dawn
Anthem
March
Devil May Cry 5
The Division 2
Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
April
Mortal Kombat 11
Days Gone
May
Rage 2
If those Jan/Feb titles didnt move hardware than I dont think the March-May titles will either. They will perform well but mostly to the existing audience.

Hmmm, you're probably right. March does look pretty strong though with both Sekiro and DMC5 versus pretty much just Yoshi for the Switch. I'll be pleasantly impressed if Switch remains ahead for March NPD. April and May should be Switch wins, unless its momentum starts to stall from going so long without a system seller.

Sekiro & DMC5 will sell well but neither is likely to push any notable amount of hardware.

The Mario Day sales that have been taking place this week have had a notable impact on Switch hardware performance. Also a nice boost to the already strongly performing Nintendo 1st party Evergreen Titles. March is tracking to be another stellar month for Nintendo

That's awesome news. I just hope it can hold out until the cavalry arrives in June.

I meant more along the lines of "can it stay ahead of PS4 in April and May". Thanks for the figures though; nice YOY increase this year so far.
