Forums - General - clinton vs obama: how much longer will it go on

That gif is amazing madskillz. Hillary will try to go all the way but I think it is fairly safe to say that she won't get the nomination.

Hi, this is Vince with Shamwow.

@quarashi

Someone posted that gif on these here forums. It's pretty cool. Obama will keep rollin and will win the nomination. The thing to consider is - Hillary is a very, very formidable foe. The Dems will own the White House and Congress this year. Why? After 8 long years of Dubya, America is ready for change.

Just look at the turnouts ... it's gonna be Blue Crush all the way.

It shows how self-centered hillary is. She's not gonna win now (even when she wins states, the distance between the two candidates maintains obamas lead). But rather than pull out and support the democratic party, she's all about keeping herself in it til the end.

with john mccain already holding the republican nomination, he has to be loving the ongoing battle between the two democrats. so my ? is when will the dems have a nominee and who do you want to be president of the remaining tthree

Clinton is close enough that she'll stay in to the bitter end. Obama's only worry is McCain. McCain, however, is rather forgetful and his age will definitely be a factor.

I think by June 3rd, the Dems will have a nominee. There's no way for Clinton to win it, but if polls show her beating McCain, the supers may side with her. If they do, a vast majority of Dems will stay at home and let McCain win by a landslide. Why? If Obama has the delegate lead AND leads in the popular vote, if he doesn't win it, folks will bolt or won't vote at all. Trust me on this. Obama is winning far and square, even though Clinton is trying to get Fla. and Michigan delegates seated (though they didn't count).

Obama, FTW - mark my words.

I have to agree with all you said...

Clinton will stay in as long as she can. In fact it seems she actually has taken the attitude that if she can't win then she doesn't want Obama to either. Rather than stepping down she has basically tried to turn it into an insult war between her and Obama. She basically seems intent on creating a rift between democrats, letting McCain win then just trying again next time.

Turkish says and I'm allowed to quote that: Uncharted 3 and God Of War 3 look better than Unreal Engine 4 games will or the tech demo does. Also the Naughty Dog PS3 ENGINE PLAYS better than the UE4 ENGINE.

Hilary will keep on fighting till the end.

Obama will win. he has good ideas.

Lmao and thaat gif

Really, Obama and Clinton are interchangeable. I just hope they don't totally destroy each other, leaving McCain with an easy victory. I despise political cat fighting.

I think Clinton is really overplaying the whole "Obama made an ass of himself with the Pennsylvanian's" card and should really start to be decisive in her views and politics rather than coast on other candidates' slip-up's.
Then again, politics is politics and some things never change.
How do the polls look now btw?

And btw; lol @ Berlusconi winning in Italy, do they never learn?

I agree with Grey Acumen on this one.

Hillary could make a case to the Super Delegates and pull them to her side. That will only work if Obama makes another gaff that turns off the general election voter. Not saying that she will win the nod, in fact it is so remote that it is statistically improbable, even impossible. Either way the Dems are bloodying up themselves and it looks like McCain just has to not do anything stupid and he wins. Obama cannot win the general election imho. He is too radical left once you boil it down.

what did obama do in pennsylvania that was so bad? All I know about is his speech on race which was phenomenal.
