I apologize if this has been answered already clearly, but there are too many information on this website to keep tracking everything...

What will happen to the current full charts of the current gen consoles ? will it stay frozen to end of Dec 2018 and we will see appearing new charts including only official shipment declared ? Or will we see the current one only updated 2 or 3 times per year with official sales announcements ?

I was thinking that since we don't update the software on a weekly basis anymore that the weekly charts would become just hardware charts - but it all stopped on December 29 and have to go back to the respective threads to find out the hardware sales.

Just pushing this question as I would really like to know

I thought the system could just stay like it is one more year at least, the ratio digital/total has not reached yet 20% for main releases.

Japan charts are still a good sample to have an idea but lately I have discovered how different can be the proportion among different regions from a big release to another.
