The thing I took away from this is that Sony feels the need to moneyhat games like Senran Kagura
To be fair, it is not confirmed that Sony moneyhatted 7Even, though it is implied. He suggests that they are only considering PC and PS4 as potential platforms for the game and suggests that it would likely not be possible to release a Mature version of the game on other platforms. You would think that if it were possible to release 7Even on Switch that he would release it there, the series got it's start on Nintendo platforms and Nintendo is now more friendly to mature content than they used to be back then, so it seems like the perfect platform for 7Even, and yet he suggests that it's not possible, which implies moneyhatting by Sony. He has also talked about possibly releasing the series on Xbox in the past, and yet it also sounds like he's not considering Xbox as an option for 7Even.
Pretty sad if Sony did indeed moneyhat a niche game like Senran Kagura, they must feel super threatened by Switch's fast sales worldwide and especially in Japan. Hopefully after 7Even has released they drop Sony completely if they haven't gotten rid of this stupid censorship policy by then, and release the next game on Switch, Xbox Scarlett, and PC instead.Last edited by shikamaru317 - on 04 February 2019
